Our telephone is manned by a receptionist most of the time, but an answer machine will be available for callers during out of office hours.

Please feel free to discuss your foot problems over the phone – telephone consultations (time permitting) are free.

I WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS

  • Access to the surgery is available from 8.45 am onwards.
  • Appointments are available at half hourly intervals from Monday to Friday.
  • Late appointments are available between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm
  • Lunchtime appointments are available.

Terms and Conditions:

PAYMENT

Our terms are that treatment is paid for in cash or by card at the end of the appointment. Separate terms are available for patients undergoing a course of treatment – your podiatrist will advise you.
 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Wherever possible, please give us as much notice as you can if you cannot keep an appointment – this will enable us to allocate your time to another patient. Unfortunately, if you give us less than 24 hours notice (and we can not re-allocate the time) we will have have to charge you a half fee.
